Welcome!

Amid the whirl of fast-paced lives . . .

Come, find a quieter, simpler place . . .

A place of rest and renewal.

Those who have turned into Green Hill's welcoming lane off Kennett Pike (also known as Pennsylvania Avenue) in Wilmington immediately feel they've found a quiet oasis and a place to be restored by God and His Word.

We proclaim and study the whole counsel of God in Sunday worship, in Sunday School, and in Bible study each week.  We welcome you as you are, whatever doubts, worries, or concerns you may have.  Jesus said, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.  Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls" (Matt. 11:28-29).

Come to Movie Night!!

Green Hill MOVIE NIGHT – Saturday, February 21 – 6-8:30 pm

Come join us on Saturday, February 21, 6-8:30 pm in Fellowship Hall for a special movie night featuring the film God is Not Dead. In this movie, present-day college freshman and devout Christian, Josh Wheaton (Shane Harper), finds his faith challenged on his first day of Philosophy class by the dogmatic and argumentative Professor Radisson (Kevin Sorbo). Radisson begins class by informing students that they will need to disavow, in writing, the existence of God on that first day, or face a failing grade. As other students in the class begin scribbling the words “God Is Dead” on pieces of paper as instructed, Josh find himself at a crossroads, having to choose between his faith and his future. Come see how far this young man will go to defend his faith.

The Fellowship Committee will provide a meal that includes hot dogs, chicken, macaroni & cheese, and other favorites. Childcare, including a special video for kids, will be provided. Looking forward to seeing you there! Contact Nancy Otto for more information (610 466-1781).
